These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeuroRecall: Brain Sharpener mobile application ("App") operated by Sreternals ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your country) to use this App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a personal device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App currently does not allow posting of user-generated text content. If this changes, any content you submit must not be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any such content and to take appropriate action against responsible accounts.
Leaderboard scores are based on genuine in-app performance. Any attempt to manipulate scores through exploits, emulators configured to cheat, or external tools may result in immediate account termination and removal of all scores. We make no guarantees about leaderboard accuracy or uptime.
All content in the App — including game designs, graphics, sounds, code, and the NeuroRecall name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Sreternals and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence in Section 2.
The App is currently free to download and play. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, they will be disclosed clearly before purchase and governed by the Google Play purchase terms. All transactions are processed by Google; we do not store payment card information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Brain training games are intended for entertainment and general cognitive engagement only. They are not a medical device, therapy, or substitute for professional medical advice. We make no claim that use of the App will prevent cognitive decline or treat any medical condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sreternals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero if the App is free).
You agree to indemnify and hold Sreternals, its officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. On termination, the licence granted in Section 2 immediately ends. You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page for instructions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
